I Finally Made Up My Mind..

Its really hard for me to make this decision..Dah solat istiharah..dah pikir lama2..bingung..rasa hati tak sedap jek untuk terima offer tu..tak tau kenapa..and i think i should make a decision...and finally i did it..kita kalau benda yang kita sendiri ragu2 n rasa tak sedap hati n lambat/susah jek nk settle, kita takkan go on..kita dah hantar respond letter to the company..im sorry especially to the head of the library yang betul2 nakkan kita bekerja dengan dia..(she told me that dia dah cari candidate masuk setahun setengah tak jumpa2..)...anyway, the head of library tu pulak, bukan nak amik suka2 jek sape2 untuk sit in the position yg dia nk offer kita..kira kita ni one of the choicelah (luck jek kan bunyinya..)..dia tak advertise pun..dia akan guna job hunter untuk cari candidates yang fulfill dia nye criteria..bukan tak mau keje yang dia offer tu, tapi susah nak decide..masuk ni dah 3 ke 4 offer kita dah pernah tolak..semua ada sebab sendiri kenapa kita tolak..one of the reason ialah diaorang nye keje bnyk..tapi gaji bagi beza RM100 jek dari gaji lama..baik dok tempat lama ar kan..hehehe..and some of other reason biasalah, benefit tak berapa nak ado..etc..This is my letter to the company...NOTE:kenapa kita tolak offer ni sebabnya sangat pelbagai..bukan hanya faktor gaji yang tak berapa nak boost up my energy nk keje sana..but faktor2 lain jugak..sebab tu susah sangat nak buat keputusan..:-(..
