My Breakfast 4 Today

Morning everyone..letih betul bangun pagi harini.Cam takde energy jek..penat semalam menapak gaknya..(dah lama tak jalan camtu..)..tapi kene bangun jugaklah kan sebab I have to make a wakeup call to my sayang kat JB..nanti tak kejut pengsan sampai siang lak.Apa saya makan untuk breakfast harini??Haha..apa lagi...HL lah..

Yelah, asyik letih jek, tak cukup zat,..makan pun tah hape-hape..so harini breakfast vanilla shake + protein bar (you can only take 2 bars a day..nanti amik lebih2, terlebih zatlah pulak kan..)..yummy..rindu bau vanilla..Masa baru2 try this product, rasa cam nak termuntah jugak.Lama2 ok..Right now, I mix my drink using fast & easy power mixer.My shaker pulak guna kat rumah jek..to make sure that I take my HL everyday, a set of HL mesti ada kat office and at home.Let's shake..shake..shake..


UHT Dutch Lady Full Cream...(minum camtu jek, bkn campur ngan HL tau..)

yeay....done already..ready to drink..
HL + plain water..for me, no need to add in any soy drink or whatsoever because its already tasteful..(sape yang susah nak telan tu bolehlah mix dengan soy drink, fruits..etc
to make it more delicious)



+ 1 protein bar...(rasa macam snack Sneakers/Cloud 9 but a little bit less of sugar..but nice tau!)



not to forget..plain water...to mix it with teamix..
and more plain water for my body..I usually drink 2-3L of plain water everyday..asyik tershishi jek..
(promote tupperware skali ar..hahaha..)

wahh mkn HL yer..i dah lama nak mkn tp tak tbeli2 lg..u mmg minum semua tu ke? byknya..tahan brapa lama stok cam tu?
