STARING at women's breasts is good for men's health and makes them live longer, a new survey reveals.

Researchers have discovered that a 10-minute ogle at women's breasts is as healthy as half-an-hour in the gym.

A five-year study of 200 men found that those who enjoyed a longing look at busty beauties had lower blood pressure, less heart disease and slower pulse rates compared to those who did not get their daily eyeful.

Dr Karen Weatherby, who carried out the German study, wrote in the New England Journal of Medicine: "Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well endowed female is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics workout.

"Sexual excitement gets the heart pumping and improves blood circulation.

"There is no question that gazing at breasts makes men healthier.

"Our study indicates that engaging in this activity a few minutes daily cuts the risk of a stroke and heart attack in half.

"We believe that by doing so consistently, the average man can extend his life four to five years."

She added that sexy stars like Dolly Parton, Heather Locklear, Anna Nicole Smith and Demi Moore had proved to be especially good for the men's health.

I'm 17 weeks 5 days old..

yikes..cepat betul masa berjalan.dah 17 minggu rupanya..this coming saturday ada checkup lagi.Tak sabar nak tengok progress baby..;-)..I'm sure the baby is getting bigger than it was last week..rasanya, my pregnancy become more physically visible..I think it is the perfect time to purchase some maternity clothing.sedih sangat.ingatkan nak pakai jek baju yang sedia ada..tapi rasa perut dah kedepan,tak muat dah nak pakai...;-(...dah macam winnie the pooh dah kita ni..hehehe..pakai baju ketat kat perut, pastu terselak skit sbb perut muncit..hehehe..nantilah,beli skit2..end of this month nak shopping skit.;-p..

Pagi ni ada blanja skit untuk kawan2 kat office..ala2 cam doa selamat & kenduri kesyukuran sebab selamat semuanya(my pregnancy)...hehehe.Big Apple ajor..beli kat jusco wangsa maju malam tadi..ingatkan nak blanja nasi lemak untuk semua staff kat office kat floor kita, tapi tak sempat lagi nk order kat abang nasi lemak tu..takpelah..i'll try to meet him jap lagi.skrg ni ramai dok serbu nasi lemak abang tu..hopefully, friday ke boleh ar diaorang merasa nasi lemak kita blanja..hehehe..

..I'm getting "FATTER"..than before..;-(..all together, adding another 5kg..my HM says that I'm eating too much..asyik mengunyah jek..although I think it's like before...I should stop eating right now..is it ok??...I'm so sad..nobody will understand how pregnant lady feel inside..

Happy Birthday Mak..

Last Saturday birthday mak..10th January..(tak ingat taun berapa.hehehe..)beli ar seketul kek untuk mak..chocolate strawberry...yummy..beli kat Secret Receipe kat kerinchi..after balik dari hantar G'ta balilk rumah.."Happy Birthday Mak!!Semoga panjang umo murah rezeki, bertambah kaya lagi..hehehe.."..masa ni ayah takde..tido..so mak, uda ngan kita ajor..HM balik JB ada futsal game..

Saturday morning ada pegi tengok baby ila kat Sepang...tengok dengan G'ta..pegi berdua jek..tapi lupa plak nak amik gambo baby ila...=(....kene g lagi ni...agaknya haritu pegi rumah ila syok sangat borak & tanya pasal experience dia pregnant & deliver...tu yang lupa nak amik gambar baby tu..hehehe...Ila kawan kita masa degree kat UiTM...tengoklah camne..kalau ada masa leh serbu lagi, leh amik gambar baby ila lagi..anyway , congratulations ila!!

Interview Lagi..

Harini amik halfday leave..Sebab ada interview petang kat MIGS(Mutiara International Grammar School) next to ISKL..Interview kul 3.00p.m.My HM hantarkan (thanks sayang)..ingatkan nak drive sendiri..Tapi tadi dari pagi sampai tengah hari mabuk tak sudah..tak larat nak drive.Kete pun amatlah besonya..Takut takde tempat nak parking pulak bila sampai sekolah tu nanti..

Another international schoollah nampaknya.Dulu keje kat GIS, skrg try my luck kat sekolah ni pulak.Kecik ajo sekolahnya..Library pun amatlah comel..As usual, interview was conducted in English..adeh..lenguh mulut ckp orang putih..dulu dah 3 taun ckp orang putih kat GIS..pastu tukar keje kat legal firm, kurang ar skit berckp..ni kalau dapat keje kat sini, kene ar ckp balik..hehehe..ada 3 orang yang dok menyoal kita..2 mat salleh ngan sorang melayu..start2 ckp, kene telan air liur dulu ar..hehehe..(maklumlah dah lama tak speaking..)..hehhe..so far ok..dapat menjawab soalan diaorang dengan tenang..kalau nak diikutkan, cam ada harapan dapat(macam interviewer pempuan tu ckp..)..tapi bab salary jek ar yang diaorang tak berapa nak gemar(as usual ar..duhh..)..Kita negotiate pun skit jek kalau nak kurang pun..hehehe..maklumlah..demand tinggi...hehehe...takpelah..just wait and see..kalau diaorang nak amik kita yang memang sudah berpengalaman melayan anak2 mat salleh yang memeningkan kepala tu dan boleh bagi resonable salary for me..(it must be more than what I got right now), kita terima..Kita tunggu...

Can You See My Baby??

Assalamualaikum..Sabtu lepas g wat checkup kat KBMC..first time tau buat pregnancy checkup hokey....All this while, kita tak ar 100% happy about our new member in our family lepas g general checkup a month ago..sbb tak caya ar.Selagi tak tengok ngan mata sendiri, selagi tu tak caya yang kita pregnant ..hehehe..So far so good..Doctor kata semuanya ok..kene datang balik checkup next month untuk blood test and etc.Picture tak clear sangat..Doctor kena tonyoh2 perut ni ngan that scanner baru nampak baby tu...;-)..alhamdulillah..cam tak caya jek..siap leh dengar heart beat dia lagi..entah boy ke girl gaknya...Baby kecik lagi..yeah.dah habis 1st trimester..and masuk ke 2nd trimester..but mabuk2 still ada..waaa...bila nak habis ni...=(

Maa Nuu Nephew..

My sister baru jek melahirkan seketul lagi baby..hehehe..Congratulations..Sama pulak tu dengan birthday my sister yang no 2...31st December...nama blum ada lagi..rasa2nya nak namakan Adeel Ahmad..(as usual..staring with an A..)..smlm g serbu tengok baby baru..sangat kecik rupanya..muka pun masih tak dapat dikenal pasti..tapi yang pasti, bukan ikut muka brother in-law kita..(hahaha..selamat..sebab 2-2 anak diaorang yang lain sejibik muka bapak..).bagilah can kat mommy dia pulak kan...Tapi my sister ckp, baby ni cam muka my dad..hmm..entahlah..kita tunggu dan lihat jeklah yek...Lepas ni insyaallah turn kita pulak..arrghhh..ngeri..but cam best pun ada...;-)
